Our products are made entirely by hand for this reason some small imperfections are not from consider defects, but proof of the uniqueness of the piece.

The object you will receive may differ slightly from the photo, another proof of the handwork of each work.

The item will be made to order and will be a personalized item.

For this reason Refunds for afterthought are not accepted.

Times maximum production time: 3 to 6 weeks,

you can contact us for availability or exact timing. 

For shipments to Canada, the United States and Russia, the travel time is 7 to 15 business days.

Free returns within 14 days of delivery 

Only in case of object different from the description, broken or defective.

Promptly notify (maximum within 8 days) in the event of damage during transport, in order to have the right to replacement.
