Sibania. Capodimonte Porcelain

Starting from the technical and stylistic concepts of the Capodimonte porcelain school, founded in Naples in 1743 by Charles of Bourbon, respecting the tradition of the artisan workshop and with meticulous research on materials for continuous product innovation, these enchanting figurines are born.

Research has led us to develop a technique that characterizes us:
By studying the characteristics of the materials and with a very delicate work, we have created thin leaves, created with a special tulle dipped in porcelain. Then we developed a method that allows us to impress decorative motifs typical of fabrics on these.
The thin leaves thus decorated and still in a plastic state are cut according to the desired shape to “dress” the figurines.
These leaves placed in the kiln transform from fabric into porcelain, so our porcelain pieces look like they were made with real fabric.
The hair is fine strands of porcelain that are “combed” over the bare head from time to time.
The entire creation process takes place in Vicenza, Italy, where expert craftsmen, model makers and painters take care of the pieces, refining each statue down to the smallest detail and giving each face its own expression
These children figurines represent the childhood world with its purity and naivety, a more modern and contemporary representation like their particular expressiveness.
Collector’s items or gift items, but also wedding favors of particular value:
The emotions they convey can easily convey a thought, a message for anyone who wants to give a precious gift, but it can also be a piece of furniture.
Each figurine is stamped
